Refund policy

You pay once for a pack of credits. Here's what happens when something goes wrong.

Failed or refused videos

If a video fails, is refused by the AI model, or you cancel it before it finishes, its credits go back to your account automatically. You don't need to ask.

Unused packs

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund the full price to your original payment method.

Broken results

If a finished video is clearly broken (the wrong face, a frozen or garbled shot, missing audio), email us within 7 days with the video link. We return the credits or refund that video.

A likeness that's close but not exact isn't a broken result: the AI model aims for a strong likeness, not a copy, and we say so before you pay.

How to ask

Email support@tinydeskai.io from the address on your account. Card refunds usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. Please email us before opening a chargeback; it's faster for you.

Tiny Desk AI has no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
