Tiny Desk AI (tinydeskai.io) makes short AI parody videos from photos you upload. This page explains what we collect to do that and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Photos you upload: the face photos you add to the band, used only to make your video.
• Your videos: the finished videos, so you can come back and download them.
• Payments: Stripe handles checkout. We receive your email, what you bought and the amount, never your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs from our hosting provider, and the link or campaign tag that brought you here, so we know which links work.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting, file storage and sign-in emails
• Stripe: payments
• Google: sign-in, if you choose Google
• Our AI video provider: receives your photos to render the shots they appear in

We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: deleted from our storage within 2 days.
• Finished videos: kept in your account until you ask us to delete them.
• Account and payment records: kept while your account exists, and payment records as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

We set two first-party cookies: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers for 60 days which link brought you here. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Email us to get a copy of your data, delete your videos, or close your account. We reply within 30 days. Tiny Desk AI is for adults: don't use it if you're under 18, and don't upload photos of anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
